Applesauce Ambrosia
Ingredients:
1 can (16 oz.) applesauce 2 bananas, sliced 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges 1/2c toasted slivered almonds 1/2c flaked coconut 32 oz. low-fat vanilla yogurt
Directions:
Whip yogurt with a wire wisk. Add applesauce. Gently fold in remaining ingredients. Chill and serve. Serves 6.
