Apple-Cheddar Egg Scramble

Ingredients:

2 eggs
1 teaspoon honey
½ cup grated unpeeled apples
2 tablespoons butter
¼ cup cubed cheddar cheese

Directions:

Lightly beat eggs with honey in a small bowl. Stir in the grated apples. Heat butter in a skillet and when butter foams, add the egg mixture and cheese cubes. Stir a few times until eggs are cooked, about 3 minutes.
