Apple Raisin Yogurt

Yogurt with fruit makes a great snack, breakfast, or dessert.

Ingredients:

1 small sweet apple, unpeeled
1 C non-fat yogurt (plain, vanilla or lemon)
¼ C granola
2 T raisins

Directions:

Core apple. Grate it into a small bowl. Add yogurt, granola, and raisins, and stir together. Chill, if desired.
