Breakfast and Breads

French Apple Yogurt

Ingredients:

3 cups canned light diced or sliced apples, or chunky light applesauce
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons brown sugar, if apples are tart
2 cups non-fat vanilla yogurt
½ teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:

Put two cups of apples into blender with one cup yogurt, vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar. Blend very briefly. Stir in reserved apples. Makes 1 quart.
