Ah, the amazingly versatile apple. Crunch into it right off the display, slice it for dipping in caramel or peanut butter sauce, whip up some homemade apple sauce in the microwave, or construct a multi-course epicurean extravaganza with apples at the center of the plate (hey, we did it, so can you) – the sky is the limit!

We are pleased to offer you the following apple recipes, as well as several special recipe collections. We do require that if you use one of our recipes, you must send us a sample of your dish. (Just kidding!)

Please feel free to share these recipes with friends. If you are going to reprint them, we request that you cite the source of the recipe when one is noted at the end of the recipe – if no source is listed, then cite the "U.S. Apple Association" as your source.
