Bruce Grim
BRUCE GRIM is executive director of the Washington State Horticulture Association, based in Wenatchee, Washington. In addition, he concurrently serves as manager of the Washington Apple Grower´s Marketing Association, Washington Pear Marketing Association, Mid−Columbia Pear Marketing Association and the Northwest Cherry Marketing Association, four organizations formed in conformance with the Capper−Volstead Act, which allows agricultural producers to discuss supply and price issues.
Prior to returning to the orchard business 25 years ago, Grim spent eight years in private law practice with the Salem, Oregon, firm of Douglas, Grim, Carson and Dickey, PC.
Grim is a past chairman of USApple and he is a past chairman of the Washington Apple Commission. Grim has traveled to apple growing regions around the world. He is a lifelong hunter, fisherman and outdoor enthusiast.
