Crispy Apple Coleslaw
Ingredients:
2 cups cabbage shredded (timesaver tip: use bagged coleslaw mix) 2 medium unpeeled apples, cored and diced 1 can (16 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained ½ cup fat-free mayonnaise
Directions:
Mix cabbage, apples and crushed pineapple with mayonnaise in a large bowl. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
